2007年3月28日,第十五届中国国际广播电视信息网络展览会(CCBN2007)主题报告会在北京国际会议中心隆重开幕,来自广电总局的相关领导出席了大会,国家广电总局副局长张海涛做了主题报告,随后科技司司长王效杰对张部长的报告进行了详细解读。CCBN2007高峰论坛成为展会的亮点。论坛分别由深圳广播电视研究会分会长、“世界”系列杂志总编谭民望、广电总局发展研究中心政策研究所所长杨明品、中国电影电视技术学会副理事长刘松英、《广播电视信息》杂志社社长曾会明、广电总局发展研究中心视听新媒体研究所所长董年初、北京金广广告传媒有限公司市场总监孙迎平主持。论坛由有线电视网的双向改造模式、村村通、电视台数字化、奥运高清转播、数字新媒体发展走向以及CCBN2007展会等六个专场组成。该论坛旨在为行业决策机构、广播台、电视台、广播电视企业与广大关心广电发展的人士提供一个就广播影视问题进行深入探讨与经验交流的平台,通过交流探讨中国广播影视的发展策略、相关政策等等。现将CCBN2007论坛的观点总结如下,以飨读者。
On March 28, 2007, the keynote speech of the 15th China International Broadcasting and Television Network (CCBN2007) was grandly opened in Beijing International Convention Center. Relevant leaders from SARFT attended the conference.
