小肠结肠炎耶氏菌早在1933年已有报告对人类有致病性。近年来已被认为是引起人类急性腹泻的重要致病菌。国内陈氏1982年首先报告自腹泻患者中检出。1983年5～9月我们在肠道门诊患者中也检出4株,鉴于省内尚少报道,现将我们所见的成人耶氏菌肠炎4例简要报告如下。 Yersinia enterocolitica has been reported to have pathogenicity in humans as early as 1933. In recent years, it has been considered as an important cause of human acute diarrhea pathogens. Chen was first reported in 1982 from diarrhea patients. From May to September 1983, we also detected 4 outpatients in the gut clinic. Given the few reports in the province, we briefly report 4 cases of adult Listeria monocytogenes that we have seen.
