本文对轴向柱塞泵或马达缸体与配流盘之间的稳态油膜流动做了数值计算。求解油膜雷诺方程时采用了网格生成和坐标变换技术用以处理油膜计算区域的复杂几何形状。计算还考虑了缸体与配流盘相互位置变化对油膜形状的影响。这些措施保证了能对任意缸体转动位置下的准确油膜形状进行数值计算。计算工作还包括较为完整的前、后处理部分,使计算程序成为一个容易操作的工程化软件包,可直接用于“剩余压紧力”概念下的工程设计计算。
In this paper, the steady-state oil film flow between the axial piston pump or the motor cylinder and the valve plate is numerically calculated. The mesh generation and coordinate transformation techniques are used to solve the complex geometry of the oil film calculation area when solving the Reynolds equation of oil film. The calculation also takes into account the influence of the mutual change of position between the cylinder block and the valve plate on the oil film shape. These measures ensure that the exact oil film shape at any cylinder position can be numerically calculated. Computation also includes a more complete pre and post processing section, making the calculation an easy-to-use engineering package that can be used directly in engineering calculations under the concept of “residual compaction”.
