对甘蔗8个亲本品种及其选配的15个组合生物量的配合力分析表明,甘蔗的生物量遗传主要是由基因加性效应决定的;母本gca方差大于父本gca方差,说明甘蔗生物量育种中母本选择的重要性。地上部鲜重的hB2在70%以上,暗示它在早期阶段选择效果较好。研究发现生物量gca效应高的亲本为Co1001,Cp72-1210和ya90-33,可作为生物量育种的亲本加以利用。根据配合力总效应评价组合,认为Co1001×Ya89-26、Co419×Ya90-33、Co1001×Ya90-33、Co1001×Ya73-226、Cp72-1210×Ya90-33、Cp72-1210×Ya73-226是生物量高的组合,可以用于甘蔗的高生物量育种。
The analysis of combining ability of 15 parents and 8 parents of sugarcane showed that the biomass of sugarcane was mainly determined by gene additive effect. The variance of female gca was greater than that of male gca The importance of choice of female parent in breeding.
