Development is the last word. To do a good job of hospital management, especially to improve the humanistic management of modern hospitals, we must persist in using the viewpoint of development to enable the hospital to manage its work on the basis of quality and efficiency. This article seeks to make some discussions on humanistic management in modern hospitals from the perspective of development.
