随着人们生活水平的提高,汽车的普及率越来越高,驾校的发展与效益也越来越好,驾校的数量也在逐渐增多,这也使得该行业竞争越来越激烈。为了提高企业的竞争力,驾校的管理者必须建设企业的品牌文化,还要实现科学管理,提高企业的管理水平,提升企业的影响力与知名度,这样才能吸引更多的学员,增加企业的利润。对驾校的品牌建设以及科学管理进行了探讨,希望对相关工作者有所帮助。
