报告使用电解可脱性铂弹簧圈 (Guglielmi detachable coil,GDC)栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的情况。方法 :气管内插管全麻和肝素抗凝下 ,使用 Seldinger’s技术 ,经 Tracker微导管放置 GDC栓塞颅内动脉瘤。结果 :成功栓塞 2 6例 31个颅内动脉瘤 ,其中 2 7个为 10 0 %栓塞 ,3个为 95 % ,1个为 90 %。3个 95 %栓塞均为宽颈动脉瘤。1个 90 %栓塞者 ,为 Hunt分级 级 ,存在严重脑血管痉挛 ,经解痉治疗效果不好 ,而放弃继续栓塞。无并发症及死亡。结论 :GDC是栓塞颅内动脉瘤较理想的方法 ,具有安全可靠、效果确切 ,适合颅内动脉瘤的治疗 ,尤其适合栓塞危险性较大的动脉瘤。
Report on the use of Guglielmi detachable coil (GDC) embolization in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms. METHODS: With endotracheal intubation and heparin anticoagulation, Seldinger’s technique was used to place intracranial aneurysms with a GDC embolization via a Tracker microcatheter. RESULTS: Twenty-six patients with 31 intracranial aneurysms were successfully embolized, of which 27 were 100% embolized, 95% were 3, and 90% were 1. Three 95% embolizations were wide-neck aneurysms. A 90% embolism, Hunt grade, there are severe cerebral vasospasm, antispasmodic treatment ineffective, and give up embolism. No complications and death. Conclusion: GDC is an ideal method for embolization of intracranial aneurysms. It is safe, reliable and effective. It is suitable for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms, especially for aneurysms with high risk of embolization.
