江泽民总书记关于中国共产党始终代表中国先进社会生产力的发展要求,始终代表中国先进文化的前进方向,始终代表中国最广大人民的根本利益的重要论述,具有很强的针对性和极其鲜明的时代特征。检察机关一定要自觉把“三个代表”作为新时期检察工作的行动指针,作为衡量检察工作成效的根本标准。如何努力实践“三个代表”要求,笔者认为应牢牢抓住“一个思想”、“两个素质”和“五个关系”。
General Secretary Jiang Zemin’s call on the Communist Party of China to always represent the development requirements of China’s advanced social productive forces has always represented the direction for the advancement of China’s advanced culture and has always represented the important exposition of the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people. It has strong pertinence and extremely distinctive characteristics of the times . The procuratorial organs must conscientiously regard the “three represents” as the guideline of procuratorial work in the new period as a fundamental standard to measure the effectiveness of procuratorial work. How to work hard to fulfill the “Three Represents” requirements, I think we should firmly grasp “one mind”, “two qualities” and “five relations.”
