自以来,我国劳动人民就信奉:多行善事,不仅可以多积“德”,而且还能防病消灾,趋利避害,逢凶化吉。一些宗教,如佛教、基督教等,也都提倡、劝导信徒们多做好事,要与人为善,这样神就会保佑你身体健康等,以上说法虽带有一定的宗教色彩,但现今看来,单就“多做好事可以防病祛病”这一条,是有一定道理的,可谓是“道中之大道也”。 现代医学研究证明,利他主义(多做好事)对人体具有奇特的医疗
