笔者为一离休的医务干部,现年68岁,早在60岁时,因头晕,作头颅CT照片,被报告有脑萎缩的表现。当时记忆力明显减退,有时竟达到“提笔忘字、熟人忘姓”的程度。但我并没有悲观,1991年单位又返聘我作对外门诊工作。八年来通过自我摸索体会,总结出增强记忆克服忘性的六种方法,自觉记忆力有了明显增强。在同一医院又作CT头颅照片,脑萎缩居然好了。现将我的体会写于下面,供参考:
The author is a retired medical cadre, aged 68, as early as the age of 60, because of dizziness, head CT photographs were reported brain atrophy. Memory was significantly diminished at that time, and sometimes actually reached the “pen to forget the word, acquaintances forget the last name.” However, I am not pessimistic. In 1991, the unit returned to me for out-patient work. Eight years through self-exploration experience, summed up to enhance memory to overcome the six methods of forgetfulness, conscious memory has been significantly enhanced. In the same hospital for CT skull photo, brain atrophy actually good. Now my experience is written below, for reference:
