实行厂长负责制不仅是企业领导体制的一项重大改革,而且也是人们思想观念的一场深刻变革。这项工作在全国范围内试点已近两年,并初步显示了它的强大生命力。本文拟就大家对此议论比较多的几个问题谈一些不成熟的见解,以求进一步商榷。
The implementation of the director responsibility system is not only a major reform of the corporate leadership system, but also a profound change in people’s thinking. This work has been piloted nationwide for nearly two years and has initially demonstrated its strong vitality. This article intends to discuss some unripe insights on several issues of this discussion in order to discuss further.
