通过测定4种二硫代氨基甲酸盐类杀菌剂对二硫化碳的转化率并进行土壤中的添加回收试验,借助GC-FPD(S),研究并建立了其在土壤中的残留检测方法。4种农药的转化率稳定,在土壤中的添加质量分数在0.05~2.00 mg/kg时,4种农药的平均添加回收率在84.0%~103.2%之间,相对标准偏差在1.89%~6.14%之间,在土壤中的的最小检出浓度在0.014~0.031 mg/kg之间。该方法灵敏度、准确度、精密度等均符合农药残留检测的要求。
By measuring the conversion rate of four kinds of dithiocarbamate fungicides to carbon disulfide and adding and recovering in soil, GC-FPD (S) was used to study and establish a method for the determination of residual in soil. The conversion rates of the four pesticides were stable. The average recoveries of the four pesticides ranged from 84.0% to 103.2% with the RSD of 0.05 ~ 2.00 mg / kg and the relative standard deviations were 1.89% ~ 6.14% , The minimum detectable concentration in soil was between 0.014 and 0.031 mg / kg. The method sensitivity, accuracy, precision and so on are in line with the requirements of pesticide residue testing.
