长期以来,思想政治工作都是国有企业管理工作的重要组成部分,在深化国有企业改革、促进国有企业发展等方面发挥了不可替代的作用。在新形势下,面对国有企业思想政治工作中出现的新问题、新情况,我们要进一步发挥思想政治工作这一传统的优势和作用,制定新的工作计划和发展目标,使国有企业能够更好地适应新形势下的各种考验和挑战。
