山东省海阳市赵疃乡东寨头村340户,1040人。村不靠海,民不捕鱼。但近几年来,村里适应市场经济的要求,积极更新观念,大力发展水产品贩运业,建成和培育了远近闻名的胶东水产品批发市场,赢来了四方货源,八方来客。1996年,市场成交额达到了2亿多元,村集体经济收入30多万元,农民人均纯收入6000余元,成为海阳市屈指可数的富裕村。纵观胶东水产品批发市场的发展过程,可以说解放思想一直贯穿其中。
