目的:研究重要湿热敷对肛肠病术后疼痛模型大鼠血中致痛及镇痛物质TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10的影响。方法:将健康SD大鼠32只,雄雄各半,随机分成正常组、单纯模型组、热力熏蒸组以及中药湿热敷组。除正常组外,各组大鼠均建立取肠病术后疼痛模型,成功造模后,除正常组、模型组外,另两组切口分别给予相应的熏蒸治疗,治疗3 d后取血处理并用酵联免疫分析法测定各组大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-10含量的变化。结果:肛肠病术后疼痛模型大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6的含量显著升高,IL-10含量明显降低,与正常组相比(P<0.01):中药湿热敷熏洗使大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6的含量显著降低、IL-10含量明显升高,三者恢复至正常水平,其改善肛肠病术后疼痛可能与此有关。结论:中药湿热敷熏洗能明显降低肛肠病术后疼痛模型大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6的含量、升高IL-10的含量,这可能是其调节疼痛因子,治疗肛肠病术后疼痛的作用机理之一,值得进一步深入研究。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of damp-heat compressing on the pain and analgesic substances TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 in blood of anorectal disease postoperative pain model rats. Methods: Thirty-two healthy SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, simple model group, thermal fumigation group and traditional Chinese medicine damp-heat group. In addition to the normal group, rats in each group were established postoperative bowel disease pain model, the successful model, in addition to the normal group, the model group, the other two groups were given the corresponding fumigation treatment, 3 days after treatment, blood treatment The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 in serum of rats in each group were determined by the method of digestion and immunoassay. Results: Compared with the normal group (P <0.01), the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of rats with anorectal disease were significantly increased and the content of IL-10 was significantly decreased Serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 were significantly decreased and IL-10 levels were significantly elevated. The three returned to normal levels, which may be related to the improvement of postoperative pain in anorectal diseases. Conclusion: TCM treatment of damp-heat and fumigation can significantly reduce the content of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum and increase the content of IL-10 in the pain model rats after anorectal surgery, which may be its regulation of pain factors and the treatment of anorectal diseases One of the mechanisms of pain, it is worth further study.
