本文对36例 AMI 患者分六个阶段同步记录 ACG、CAG、ECG、PCG及 IPG 诸指标在各阶段有一系列动态变化,其中以 LVET、PEP/LVET、EF、W_2、w_2/VOMO 及 SV 有显著或极显著意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。第1周 LVET、QS_2最短,PEP/LVET 比值最大,EF、W_2、W_2/VOMO及 SV 最低,第4周后趋于恢复。文中讨论了 AMI 早期肾上腺素活性增高、心室肌受损、心缩节段性减弱交错存在对左心功能的影响及其系统观察的意义。
There are a series of dynamic changes in ACG, CAG, ECG, PCG and IPG in 36 AMI patients in six stages, including LVET, PEP / LVET, EF, W_2, w_2 / VOMO and SV Or very significant (P <0.05 or <0.01).
