为促进四化需要,推动振动、噪声技术更好地面同经济建设,根据中国科技咨询服务中心振动技术咨询部关于“尽快筹建华东、西北、东北等分部机构和开展咨询服务工作”的精神,一九八四年六月二十一日在上海召开了中国振动技术咨询部华东振动噪声技术开发公司(暂名)第一次筹备会议。出席会议成员有九个单位15名代表。
In order to promote the four modernizations and promote vibration and noise technology to better meet the needs of economic construction, according to the spirit of “Vigorously Establishing the Divisional Organizations in East China, Northwest China and Northeast China and Carrying out Consulting Services” issued by the Technical Advisory Service Department of China Science and Technology Consulting Service Center, On June 21, 1984, the first preparatory meeting for China Vibration Noise Technology Development Corporation (tentative name) of China Vibration Technology Consulting Group was held in Shanghai. There were 15 representatives from nine units attending the meeting.
