目的了解柳州市预防接种后儿童的免疫水平,为进一步做好免疫规划工作提供科学依据。方法于2003~2004年对完成基础免疫后0~5年的儿童进行乙型肝炎(乙肝)病毒表面抗体(抗-HBs)、麻疹IgG抗体(MV-IgG)、卡介苗纯蛋白衍化物试验(PPD)、白喉锡克氏试验等免疫水平监测,分年龄组进行统计分析。结果抗-HBs阳性率免疫后0~5年分别为93.49%、78.16%、76.12%、70.44%、74.55%、63.45%,平均为77.53%;MV-IgG分别为85.03%、88.97%、88.94%、86.15%、77.27%、75.56%,平均阳性率为87.12%;锡克氏试验阴性率分别为100.00%、100.00%、99.61%、99.36%、96.12%、97.22%,平均阴性率为99.67%;PPD试验阳性率分别为93.95%、96.30%,平均阳性率为95.10%,卡痕率分别为95.53%、97.10%,平均卡痕率为96.30%。开展常年免疫水平监测,对免疫失败的儿童给予再免疫,再免疫后抗-HBs阳性率为92.52%,MV-IgG阳性率为90.56%,锡克氏试验阴性率为100.00%,PPD阳性率为96.88%。结论柳州市预防接种后0~5年的抗-HBs、MV-IgG阳性率偏低,白喉锡克氏试验阴性率和PPD试验阳性率保持较高水平,应加大对儿童免疫水平的检测力度,对免疫失败及漏种儿童及时补种和加强免疫。
Objective To understand the immunization level of vaccinated children in Liuzhou and provide a scientific basis for further immunization planning. Methods From 2003 to 2004, children with 0-5 years after basic immunization were tested for hepatitis B virus (HBsAg), measles IgG antibody (MV-IgG), BCG pure protein derivative test (PPD ), Diphtheria Skek’s test and other immune levels were monitored by age group for statistical analysis. Results The positive rate of anti-HBs was 93.49%, 78.16%, 76.12%, 70.44%, 74.55% and 63.45% respectively with an average of 77.53% at 0-5 years after immunization. The MV- IgG were 85.03%, 88.97% and 88.94% , 86.15%, 77.27% and 75.56% respectively. The average positive rate was 87.12%. The negative rates of Skeg’s test were 100.00%, 100.00%, 99.61%, 99.36%, 96.12% and 97.22% The positive rates of PPD test were 93.95% and 96.30% respectively. The average positive rate was 95.10%. The rates of card slippage were 95.53% and 97.10%, respectively. The average rate of PPD was 96.30%. Immunocompromised children were re-immunized. The positive rate of anti-HBs after re-immunization was 92.52%, the positive rate of MV-IgG was 90.56%, the negative rate of Sick’s test was 100.00%, the positive rate of PPD was 96.88%. Conclusions The positive rates of anti-HBs and MV-IgG in 0-5 years after vaccination in Liuzhou City are low, the negative rate of diphtheria-Skeek’s test and the positive rate of PPD test maintain a high level, and the detection of immunity level should be strengthened , On the immune failure and leakage of children timely replant and strengthen immunity.
