前言:随着高炉冶炼的强化,炉底部分承受的热负荷增加,为炉体之关键部位,决定着高炉一代的寿命。近年来我国某些高炉发生过炉底烧坏或浸蚀严重的事故。怎样确切的估价生产高炉的炉底状况,研究影响炉底浸蚀的各种因素,以及选择合理的炉底结构,已成为生产中的重大问题。本文根据对石钢、及国内一些高炉情况的分析讨论以下几个问题。
Preface: With the strengthening of blast furnace smelting, the heat load on the bottom of the furnace increases, which is the key part of the furnace body, which determines the life of the blast furnace generation. In recent years, some blast furnaces in our country have experienced serious burns or serious incidents of erosion. How to appraise exactly the condition of the bottom of the blast furnace, how to study the various factors affecting the bottom erosion and how to select a reasonable bottom structure has become a major issue in the production. This article based on the steel, and some domestic blast furnace analysis of the following issues discussed.
