1996年IBM公司提出电子商务,立刻就得到社会良好反映,掀起热潮,并火起来。可是好景不长,2001年电子商务就陷入低谷。美国经济进入调整时期,欧洲、日本等更是把商务电子当作电子商务,乱成一锅粥。召开的电子商务世界会议,居然把电子政务划为电子商务。IBM的一则公益广告,让一个像小偷的人物进入超市,似偷的动作解释成为“电子商务的未来”,通俗直观,却也是误导。电子商务招谁了? 必须指出:电子商务的经济基础是市场经济,电子商务是市场经济的延续和发展。加入WTO已经快一年了,可谁说得清市场经济的具体内容到底是什么?能够支配电子商务的市场经济到底有几种模式?就因为市场经济关系到电子商务、国家、企业、家庭和每个人,咱们真得费一番心思研究研究了。
