近年来,随着有机半导体材料的设计、合成以及新技术的开发利用,溶液法制备的有机薄膜晶体管(Organic thin-film transistors,OTFTs)取得了快速发展。本文简单介绍了OTFTs的结构和工作原理,总结了近几年来可溶液法加工的有机半导体材料、介电材料和电极材料的研究进展,讨论了OTFTs的溶液法制备技术,最后对OTFTs发展面临的问题和发展前景进行了探讨。
In recent years, organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) prepared by solution methods have been rapidly developed with the development of organic semiconductor materials, synthesis and new technologies. In this paper, the structure and working principle of OTFTs are briefly introduced. The research progress of organic semiconductors, dielectric materials and electrode materials processed by solution method in recent years are summarized. The preparation of OTFTs by solution method is discussed. Finally, the development of OTFTs Problems and development prospects were explored.
