根据萤火一号(YH-1)火星探测器面临长期火星阴影环境特点,对探测器的长火影热控设计及深冷试验验证进行了研究。给出了YH-1火星探测器长火影热控自主控制流程,以及各阶段热控方案。改造现有真空环境模拟器,完成了我国第一个实现全包络20K超低温背景模拟的探测器级真空热试验。长火影试验结果表明:YH-1火星探测器热控设计能满足度过长火影的温度要求,各单机能在出火影后成功唤醒正常工作。
According to the characteristics of long-term Mars shadowing environment, Firefly One (YH-1) Mars probe has been used to study the long fire shadow detector design and cryogenic test of the detector. Given YH-1 Mars rover long flame shadow autonomy control flow, as well as various stages of thermal control program. The existing vacuum environment simulator was modified to complete the detector-level vacuum thermal experiment in China which is the first one to realize full envelope 20K ultra-low temperature background simulation. Long Naruto test results show that: YH-1 Mars probe thermal control design to meet the temperature requirements of the long Naruto, the single can wake up after the fire out of a normal job.
