应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对40例术前服用5~30mg/d 他巴唑(MMI)及不同服药法的Graves 病患者的(GD)甲状腺 MMI 浓度进行测定,发现 MMI 5~15mg/d,甲状腺 MMI 浓度随剂量增加而增加,但当剂量>15mg/d 时,甲状腺 MMI 浓度不再显著增加。每日剂量相同顿服与分服其甲状腺MMI 浓度相同,甲状腺 MMI 浓度可维持26h 以上。结果提示甲状腺对 MMI 的摄取存在饱和现象,MMI 15mg/d 是治疗 Graves 病理想的剂量,每日1次顿服的疗法是合理、有效的。
