The ceremony was presided over by Liu Changyi, deputy director of Zunyi Municipal Party Committee Organization Department and director of the department responsible for leaving Taiwan. Before the solemn revolutionary martyr monument, Yang Chunshi, the former chairman of Zunyi Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, Zhou Daxin, on behalf of his old comrades, presented a wreath to the heroic martyrs, and old comrades Yang Chunshi spoke on behalf of the retired officials of the city.
