全面从严治党是习近平总书记提出的“四个全面”战略理论的重要组成部分,贯彻落实好全面从严治党即是保持党的先进性和纯洁性的必然要求。高校研究生群体作为知识层次较高、理论水平较强的后备人才,加强高校研究生党建工作关系到党的事业建设的成败,关系到中国梦能否实现,因此要以习近平总书记重要讲话精神为契机,以提高培养研究生党员质量为目标,不断推动研究生党建工作健康发展。因此,本文在论述加强高校研究生党建工作重要性的基础上,进一步论述高校研究生党建工作发展存在的问题,以问题为导向,树立问题意识、导向意识,针对存在的问题,对症下药,不断创新方式,引导研究生坚定不移的跟党走,促进高校研究生党建工作理论的新发展。
