随着电子商务技术的日益完善,越来越多的消费者喜欢在网上购物,同时消费者对配送质量的要求也越来越高。本文从电子商务最常用的配送模式—第三方物流配送模式的服务质量分析入手,分析目前的现状和问题,并对第三方物流配送质量提出了改进和提升的建议。
With the continuous improvement of e-commerce technology, more and more consumers like to shop online, and consumers are increasingly demanding on the quality of delivery. This article starts with the analysis of the service quality of the third-party logistics distribution mode, the most commonly used distribution mode of e-commerce, analyzes the current status and problems, and puts forward suggestions for improvement and promotion of the third-party logistics delivery quality.
