为改善本市海珠区与芳村区的交通状况,市人民政府决定兴建鹤洞大桥及其配套工程。现将有关事项通告如下:一、工程范围:西起芳村区的广中立交路桥,东至海珠区的昌岗西路,并在鹤洞大桥与工业大道交汇处兴建一座互通式立交路桥。二、工程建设红线(包括复建楼房建设红线),由广州市城市规划局划定。工程建设征用土地、房屋拆迁、补偿安置的工作,由广州市道路扩建工程办公室依据国家和省、市有关交通基础设施建设补偿规定的下限标准执行。
In order to improve the traffic conditions of Haizhu District and Fangcun District in this Municipality, Municipal People’s Government decided to construct Hedong Bridge and its supporting projects. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: I. Scope of works: From Guangzhongli Bridge in Fangcun District to the west, Changgang West Road in the east to Haizhu District and an interchange road interchange at the intersection of Hedong Bridge and Industrial Avenue. Second, the red line of construction (including the reconstruction of building red line), delineated by the Guangzhou City Planning Bureau. The work of requisition of land, house demolition and compensation and resettlement for the project construction shall be carried out by the office of Guangzhou Road Extension Project under the lower limit of the compensation provisions stipulated by the state, provinces and municipalities for traffic infrastructure construction.
