目的了解多种诱引剂对诱蚊诱卵器使用效果的影响。方法研究在实验室和现场分别进行,实验组诱蚊诱卵器中分别添加酵母发酵产生的CO2、大黍叶浸出液、轮胎浸出液、乳酸稀释液以及改变杯身的颜色,对照组加过夜自来水,布放5d,计算捕获的白纹伊蚊数量和产卵的数量。结果实验室和现场的结果显示,酵母发酵产生的CO2在室内实验中没有增强诱蚊诱卵器的诱蚊效果,而在现场实验中却产生较好的诱蚊作用,实验组的诱蚊指数和诱蚊密度指数与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);大黍叶、轮胎浸出液和乳酸稀释液在试验中未显示出吸引白纹伊蚊雌蚊产卵的能力;在改变诱蚊诱卵器杯身颜色的试验中,杯身上2/3变为黑色并不能提高它的诱蚊和诱卵能力,反而增加成蚊逃逸的概率。结论酵母发酵生成的CO2在地下停车场环境中可以有效增强诱蚊诱卵器的诱蚊效果;大黍叶浸出液、轮胎浸出液、乳酸稀释液和将杯身上2/3变为黑色没有表现出增强诱蚊诱卵器捕获白纹伊蚊成蚊和蚊卵数量的作用。
