班组是职工经常活动的主要场所,同时也是开展日常思想政治工作的重要阵地。重点是做好一人一事的思想政治工作,这也是培养和建立一支有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的“四有”职工队伍的一个重要方面。班组的思想政治工作,实质就是协调好班组内的人际关系,使班组的全体成员,形成一种巨大的向心力、凝聚力。有了这种力量,班组的全体人员就会心往一处想,劲往一处使,战胜困难,勇往直前。做好班组每个人的思想政治工作,与完成一项具体生产任务相比,要复杂得多,困难得多。影响人的思想因素是多方面的,有基本因素、实际因素和偶发因素三种。
