目的探讨艾灸大敦穴配合疝气带治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床效果。方法选取2014年1—5月宁都县对坊卫生院收治的108例小儿腹股沟斜疝患儿,根据其入院时间分为观察组与对照组,各54例。观察组患儿采用艾灸大敦穴配合疝气带治疗,对照组患儿仅采用疝气带治疗,比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果及半年复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,半年复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸大敦穴配合疝气带治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床效果显著,具有操作简单、效果理想及复发率低等优点。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Moxibustion Dadun hole with hernia band in the treatment of infantile inguinal hernia. Methods From January to May 2014, 108 cases of infantile inguinal indirect hernia admitted to Fangfang Hospital of Ningdu County were divided into observation group and control group according to their admission time, 54 cases each. Observation group of children with moxibustion Dadun hole with hernia treatment, control group only children with hernia treatment, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared and the recurrence of six months. Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the recurrence rate in six months was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Moxibustion Dadun hole with hernia with inguinal hernia treatment of children with significant clinical results, with simple, effective and low recurrence rate advantages.
