一、前言白酒中微量铅的测定,一般均用比色法,即双硫腙法与硫化钠法,其中以双硫腙法应用最为广泛,但所需试剂种类繁多(达十余种),而且还要用极毒的氰化钾,由于试剂必需经去铅处理,所以手续十分烦琐。针对上述缺点,近年来已有采取其它方法测定酒中含铅的,例如齐曼(P.B.Zeeman)曾报导用原子吸收光谱法测定酒中的合铅量。本文提出用极谱法测定白酒中的微量铅,业经使用证明,具有准确、简便和经济的优点。

Zeman has reported the amount of lead in the wine by atomic absorption spectrometry. In this paper, the determination of trace lead in liquor by polarography was proved to be accurate, simple and economical by using it.
