目的 观察 γ-刀不同剂量照射正常大鼠一侧尾壳核后 3个月 ,远离靶区的延髓中尾段内 Fos的表达和变化及与剂量的关系。 方法 分别用 10 Gy至 10 0 Gy10个级别剂量照射大鼠一侧尾壳核 ,3个月后 ,用 ABC法对延髓中尾段切片进行抗 Fos蛋白的免疫组织化学反应。 结果 在延髓内脏带、三叉神经尾侧亚核、三叉神经间质核、延髓背侧网状核和下橄榄核等处出现多少不等的 Fos阳性胞核 ,随着剂量的增加 Fos阳性胞核的数量增加 ,范围扩大。在高剂量组的延髓腹外侧区出现 3种 Fos阳性细胞 :胞核阳性、胞浆阴性 ;胞浆阳性、胞核阴性 ;胞核胞浆均为阳性。 结论 γ-刀照射前脑一个局部 ,在远离靶区的延髓中尾段出现 Fos阳性反应 ,并与剂量成正相关。
Objective To observe the expression and change of Fos in the medulla oblongata distal to the target zone and its relationship with the dose at 3 months after irradiated with γ-knife at different doses.
