多年来致力于幼儿电脑绘画这一信息技术在教育教学中的应用与研究,尝试把对幼儿的兴趣、技能、成就感素质的培养有机揉和起来,并关注其做法对幼儿全面素质发展的影响,从教学现状中分析、确定任何一种素质的单个培养与这三种素质整合培养在素质教育中的地位,给幼儿兴趣、技能、成就感整合的素质冠于“金三角素质”之称;同时在幼儿电脑绘画的教学研究中,通过“兴趣、技能、成就感”三者的有机联系来建构一个素质教育中的金三角,有效实现幼儿个性化的自主学习和全面发展。
