2003年的世界水日、中国水周到来之前,我们围绕“依法治水,实现水资源可持续利用”和“水与可持续发展”专题,对社会各界各行业知名专家学者进行了书面访谈。专家学者们从各自的研究领域出发,就水资源问题发表了自己的真知灼见;这些观点,对我们树立这方面的正确理念、拓展思路、开阔眼界,无疑会大有裨益。
Before World Water Week in 2003 and China Water Week, we conducted written interviews with famous experts and scholars from all walks of life around the world on the topic of “Water Management According to Law, Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources” and “Water and Sustainable Development”. Based on their respective research fields, experts and scholars have expressed their own insights on the issue of water resources. These views will undoubtedly help us to establish the correct concept in this regard, broaden our thinking and broaden our horizons.
