Recently, Ms. Chen Shuan, an early childhood education worker in Hong Kong, came to Shanghai to give lectures. When talking about preschool pedagogy, she pointed out that teaching should focus on the process, not the result. Ms. Chan stressed that teachers should not focus on the teaching achievements, but must be in-depth understanding of children’s interest in the learning process, methods and efforts. Starting from this understanding, it really helps to improve the quality of teaching. Contact with the current status quo of our education, think her point of view, should really cause heavy talk. In our teaching, it is still common to see results and not to process. For example, commenting on a young child’s painting generally does not take into account the child’s interest in painting, his level of effort, and creative means, and often only decides on the screen to judge or criticize. This is unscientific and the result tends to be discouraged
