针对远距离数字离轴全息中的相位误差,实验研究了基于SPGD算法的多帧平均校正方法。建立了数字离轴全息实验装置,首先采用扫描法校正离焦相位误差,然后采用SPGD算法校正每帧的高阶相位误差;在此基础上,先采用目标图像相关法确定并粗校正帧与帧之间的倾斜相位误差,然后采用SPGD算法进一步校正帧间的倾斜和高阶相位误差。实验结果表明,本文提出的方法能够有效校正远距离数字离轴全息相位误差;与目前的校正方法相比,该方法校正速度更快、精度更高,更适合于对运动目标成像。
Aiming at the phase error in long-distance digital off-axis holography, a multi-frame average correction method based on SPGD algorithm is experimentally studied. The experimental setup of digital off-axis holography is established. Firstly, the defocus phase error is corrected by the scanning method and then the high-order phase error of each frame is corrected by SPGD algorithm. On this basis, the target image correlation method is used to determine and coarsely correct the frame and frame , And then use the SPGD algorithm to further correct the inter-frame skew and high-order phase errors. Experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively correct long-range digital off-axis holographic phase errors. Compared with the current calibration methods, the proposed method can achieve faster correction and higher accuracy and is more suitable for imaging moving targets.
