在解剖一具成年男性尸体标本时发现右颈总动脉起于主动脉弓上,距其起点5.3cm 处内侧壁发出右椎动脉(附图),走行于右颈总动脉后方,于甲状软骨上缘水平进入第4颈椎横突孔,其干长7.7cm,外径4.0mm。左侧椎动脉起于主动脉弓上,紧靠左锁骨下动脉内侧,距左颈总动脉起点0.6cm,左椎动脉行于左颈总
When an adult male was dissected, the right common carotid artery was found on the aortic arch, the right lateral vertebral artery was dissected from the medial wall at a distance of 5.3 cm from its starting point (with photos), and the right common carotid artery was seen posteriorly. Into the fourth cervical transverse foramen, the dry length of 7.7cm, OD 4.0mm. Left vertebral artery in the aortic arch, close to the inside of the left subclavian artery, left common carotid artery from the starting point 0.6cm, left vertebral artery in the left neck total
