皮质盲可见于轻度头部伤的儿童。其典型表现为患儿头部受撞击而不伴有意识丧失,但可有发昏或眩晕,经15~45分钟潜伏期出现失明,并持续数小时才完全恢复正常。作者对神经外科中心1年中诊治的一组患者作一报道。例1:8岁男孩在游泳池边滑倒致枕部负伤后,出现头晕、思睡、呕吐,但无意识丧失。回家后因不能视物送至本院。受伤后患儿视野内有盲斑,约3小时后完全失明。检查发现瞳孔反应虽正常,但看不见视野内的任何物体,且未见其它神经体征,颅脑X线检查也正常。伤后6小时便自动恢复正常。其母有偏头痛史。
