穿爆车间大钎房使用高温反射炉焊接大小钎头的革新成功后,改变了过去用氧焊加温的焊接方法。过去焊接大小钎头,是用氧气一个一个地焊,效率很低,材料浪费大,劳动强度高,一个氧焊工一天只能焊50个合金钎头。用反射炉(炉内温度800~1000℃焊接时,一炉就能焊接30个,时间只要50分钟,质量完全合格,同时还不用氧气。另外潜孔钻机的钻头,因为钎头大,不能用氧焊法,而反射炉就可以焊接,且质量良好,效率高。
