目的了解崆峒区不同生境蚊类种群密度及季节消长情况,为掌握灭蚊时间提供依据。方法按《全国病媒生物监测方案(试行)》要求,用诱蚊灯法进行蚊密度监测。结果 2006-2011年累计捕获蚊虫4属10种39 609只,总密度2.0只/h·灯。淡色库蚊为优势蚊种,占88.18%;其次为三带喙库蚊8.12%,帕氏按蚊3.18%,其它蚊种数量甚少。每年3月蚊虫开始活动,密度逐渐升高,7~8月达到峰值,9月密度开始下降。不同环境类型蚊密度以牲畜棚和农户最高,分别为3.8和2.4只/h·灯,其次为居民区、医院和公园。结论崆峒区蚊类密度高峰为7~8月,应在密度高峰到来前1个月,采取综合性灭蚊措施。
Objective To understand the population density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in different habitats in Langfang District and provide basis for mastering the time of mosquito control. Methods According to the “National vector bio-monitoring program (Trial)” requirements, mosquito lamp method mosquito density monitoring. Results A total of 39 609 mosquitoes belonging to 4 genera and 10 species were captured from 2006 to 2011 with a total density of 2.0 / h light. Culex pipiens pallens dominated mosquito species, accounting for 88.18%; followed by 8.12% of Culex tritaeniorhynchus and 3.18% of Anopheles stephensi, with few other mosquitoes. Mosquitoes began to move from March to March each year and their density gradually increased. Their peak value reached from July to August, and their density began to decline in September. The mosquito density of different environment types is the highest in livestock sheds and farmers, which are 3.8 and 2.4 / h, followed by residential areas, hospitals and parks. Conclusion The highest mosquito density in Qionglai district is from July to August, and comprehensive mosquito control measures should be taken one month before the peak of density.
