Twenty-nine patients with corresponding clinical signs of meningioma were occasionally found CT scans between 1979 and 1989 and were followed up by CT or MRI. In this regard, the authors studied the dynamic changes of asymptomatic meningioma. 17 cases, 3 males and 14 females, aged 46 to 83 years, more than 66 years accounted for 47%; the first CT examination for the reasons: dizziness or headache, visual impairment, transient diplopia, hearing loss, tinnitus , TIA, minor head trauma and horror, have nothing to do with meningioma itself. Except for 1 case histologically confirmed by biopsy, all were confirmed by the radiology findings, which showed a well-defined spherical lesion in the CT-enhanced image. Taking into account the symptoms and meningioma unrelated or elderly and other factors, have not done anything
