采油二厂基层采油作业区,油井生产过程中经常发生抽油机悬绳器挡板螺栓断裂,光杆脱离悬绳器现象,造成抽油机失载、杆泵脱离悬挂等一系列连锁破坏,影响油井正常生产。通过分析受力在不破坏原有受力结构的情况下,将悬绳器光杆挡板由压板式改为插板式,将单纯由螺栓受力变为由螺栓、插板和横担共同受力,使螺栓受力大为减小,从而解决了螺栓断裂的问题,同时也提高了油井生产效率,在现场试用后取得了良好的效果。
