业绩评价是按照企业管理的需要设计评价指标体系,比照特定的评价标准,采用特定的评价方法,对企业目标的实现情况进行判断的活动。以评价指标为划分标准,目前业绩评价系统一般划分为三种模式,即财务模式、价值模式和平衡模式。笔者认为,构建科学有效的国有企业经营者业绩评价模式,需要区分不同类型的国有企业,根据其特点选取影响企业目标的关键因素,修正性地引进相关定性与定量因素,对经营者业绩作出全面评价。
Performance evaluation is designed in accordance with the needs of business management evaluation index system, with reference to specific evaluation criteria, the use of specific evaluation methods, the realization of business goals to determine the activities. The author believes that building a scientific and effective performance evaluation model for state-owned enterprise managers needs to distinguish between different types of state-owned enterprises, select the key factors that affect the business objectives according to their characteristics, and introduce qualitatively and quantitatively the corrective factors to make a comprehensive Evaluation.
