国内海上油气井应用的安全控制系统主要依靠引进。经过3年多的研究,研制成功了适合于不同管柱类型的井下安全控制系统,与国外同类产品相比,它具有结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠等特点,经过多口海上油井的现场试验与应用,已取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。本文介绍井下安全控制系统的结构设计,工作原理,特点,现场试验和应用情况。
The domestic safety control system of offshore oil and gas wells mainly rely on the introduction. After more than three years of research, we have successfully developed a downhole safety control system suitable for different types of pipelines. Compared with similar foreign products, it has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, safety and reliability. After multi-port offshore oil well field test And application, has made significant economic and social benefits. This article describes the underground safety control system structure design, working principle, characteristics, field test and application.
