本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+缓冲溶液=600+400为流动相,使用Diamonsil-C18色谱柱和紫外检测器,在260nm波长下对灭草松进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为R2=0.9948。标准偏差为0.14。变异系数为0.55%。平均回收率为100.1%。
In this paper, the separation and quantitative analysis of bentazone at 260nm with Diamonsil-C18 column and UV detector using methanol + buffer solution = 600 + 400 as mobile phase were performed by HPLC. The results show that the linear correlation coefficient of this method is R2 = 0.9948. The standard deviation is 0.14. The coefficient of variation is 0.55%. The average recovery was 100.1%.
