患者女性,52岁,农民,因食用菜干肉后12小时出现腹痛、腹泻,于1987年9月14日入院。发病后有里急后重感,粪便呈粘液状,次数达每日9次以上,体温38℃,中腹部轻压有隐痛感,有轻度脱水现象。经用抗生素、补液等治疗后,病人痊愈出院。检验结果:患者粪便经培养,分离到一株弧菌,经反复试验,该菌为G~-弧菌,无芽胞,运动活泼,营养要求不高,在4号琼脂、TCBS琼脂、副溶血性弧菌琼脂、麦康凯琼脂平板中均能生长,氧化酶、硝酸盐还原试验为阴性,在无盐培养基中不生长,在1~6%NaCl胨水中均能生长,报告为麦氏弧菌。经江
