上消化道溃疡即胃和十二指肠溃疡,急性穿孔是其临床常见并发症之一。我院2005—2009年为28例上消化道溃疡急性穿孔患者进行了保守治疗,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料我院共收住上消化道溃疡合并穿孔患者44例,其中手术16例,保守治疗28例。保守治疗率63.6%,保守成功率100.0
