大安盐厂热电站自1981年以来,坚持开展生动活泼、丰富多彩的职工文化活动,充分发挥业余文化活动对职工的吸引力和影响力,极大地调动了职工的积极性。一、开展活动的基本情况 1981年电站投产时,有职工335人,1988年底职工队伍已扩大到446人,其中,青年工人占75%以上。随着职工队伍年龄结构、知识结构的变化,职工对以前那种厂里演演戏、唱唱歌、打打球的文化活动普遍感到单调乏味,要求突破过去的旧框框,开拓新领域。根据职工的要求,电站党政工团通力合作,把文化活动提到议事日程上,统筹做好活动安排,做到年有大计划,月有小计划,针对职工的不同需求,采取多种形式开展活动。近年来,他们建立了职工文化活动室、图书室,购置了乒乓球台、弹子盘、舞台彩色装饰灯,自制了电子抢答器……同时,开展了读好书活动、知识抢答赛、热点答辩会、春游和横向联谊活动,团支部还经常在电台播放青年职工点播的音乐节目。这些丰富多彩的活动,吸引了95%以上的职
