目前,我国高素质的复合型技术型人才缺口较大,对于高素质的复合型人才需求进一步加大,现有的人才数量更是无法满足社会的发展和现代化建设的要求,随着社会经济向着现代化推进,各行各叶之间的不断组合、交替,现代化程度逐步提高,对自动化的要求也越来越高,企业也对高技能人才提出了更高一个层次的需求。目前,职校生职业通用能力的培养问题越来越引起我国职业教育界的关注,本从国家对职业教育的重视程度入手,对职校生职业通用能力培养的必要性和重要性,进行探讨。
At present, the gap between the high-quality composite technology talents in our country is large, and the demand for high-quality compound talents is further increased. The existing number of qualified personnel can not meet the requirements of social development and modernization. As the social economy moves forward As modernization progresses, the continuous combination, alternation and modernization of all walks of life gradually increase, and the requirements for automation are also getting higher and higher. Enterprises also put forward a higher level of demand for highly-skilled personnel. At present, the cultivation of vocational universal ability of vocational school students has aroused more and more concern in vocational education in our country. This paper starts with the emphasis on vocational education in our country and probes into the necessity and importance of the cultivation of general vocational ability of vocational school students.
