远红外烘烤油漆不单单是一个加热过程,更重要的是一个光化学反应过程。当光子的能量大于或等于反应的活化能时,就能促进反应的进行。对于氨基漆来说,远红外光子的能量小于反应所需的活化能15kcal/mol,但通过混频振动吸收两个不同波长的光子也能达到反应的活化能。实验发现500℃的热源温度烘烤效果最佳。按工程极大值公式λ_eT_e=3670(μm·K)计算,对应的波长为5.03μm。与匹配理论相比,能达到更好的节能效果。
Far-infrared baking paint is not just a heating process, more importantly, a photochemical reaction process. When the photon energy is greater than or equal to the activation energy of the reaction, it can promote the reaction.
